Shown with basket stamp.  Originally invented by Roy Baker and called the “Pancake”, this is (in my opinion) the best way to carry a full size defense gun. They’re simple, fast, flat, and all-day comfortable. My version has hidden loops which make the holster more rigid. I hate inside the pants holsters but admit; they hide well. The belt holds them in tight never allowing the gun to flop. So does my belt slide, without having to buy pants an inch bigger in the waist. It takes up less of your belt going through the loops.  Your belt uses the same hole, saving you the expense of a new larger belt. I still carry and this is what I use. I call it the BS-1.
