HOLSTERS:  CONCEALMENT & HUNTING

Hand-Made American Gun Leather

Holsters, concealment holsters, leather products.

This site is mostly about holsters.  I make leather holsters because it's what works best.  All holsters now come in any color you like as long as it's . . . Russet.  (Customers demanded faster production.  One color facilitates faster production.)  Remember:  it doesn't matter what color a concealment holster is because you can't see it.  To further facilitate faster production I have also dropped holster lining.  Lining also adds unnecessary bulk to something we are trying to conceal.  You will also find knife sheaths and collars and leashes of all kinds as I am also a dog trainer.  At one time I owned the only pair of narcotics and protection trained American Bulldogs on the planet.  I did it because another trainer told me I couldn't train Bulldogs to find their chow dish.  Unlike his dog, neither of my boys ever failed to find the dope.  They are sorely missed.

Due to a flood of attention and increased demand caused by my writing a magazine article, Harlow Holsters can no longer take custom orders.  This will be effective as of April 1, 2008.  Peruse the site to see what I make and see if it is "In Stock."  If so, order it and it will be sent out immediately.  I have trimmed the models down to what I believe are the best of the best and, of course, what sells.  My main goal is to build high quality, practical rigs that might save your life because of superior design.  I am one of a small and very select group of holster makers who actually carry a gun every day.  I know what works and what doesn't.  Every model is designed, made, and tested by yours truly.  Because of this I can guarantee that the design is solid and will serve you well if you wear it and practice with it.  I have carried concealed as a Navy Aircrewman, police officer, bodyguard, and now as a permitted citizen.  There are a few makers doing fancier stuff and of very good quality.  There are no holsters of any make that are more practical or better designed.  Every now and then I will make something fancy and it will be listed on the site for sale.

I'm wearing a Colt .38 Super in a BS-1 as I type this.  I carry because there has been more than one attempt to rid the earth of my shadow.  So far, the attempts have failed.  It's not because I carry a lucky rabbit's foot.  It's because I realize that evil exists and I sleep with one eye open.  I still have enemies that were making a good living in drugs until I showed up.  These folks taught me to check my rear view mirror.  If you're looking at this site, perhaps trouble has found you, too, or maybe you're just smart and realize that it can.  Either way I'm glad you're here and I hope I can help.  Now get in here and smell the leather.
